Aether Mythreyi is a lifestyle-driven development landscape envisioned as a vibrant, resort-style community environment—where wellness, leisure, and social gatherings coexist within a lush, curated green framework. The outdoor spaces are planned as a continuous experience: a welcoming entry statement, active community zones, calm wellness corners, and flexible event lawns—each connected through shaded pathways and layered planting.

Theme Statement

Theme: Contemporary Resort Living — a modern tropical landscape identity created through clean geometry, structured lawns, signature gateways, and immersive planting pockets that support everyday recreation and premium community experiences.

Landscape Design Intent

The landscape is designed to balance activity + relaxation, creating multiple destination zones that cater to different age groups and event scales while maintaining a cohesive green character.

Key intentions include:

• A strong arrival identity with a bold gateway feature and framed landscape edges

• A wellness-led environment with yoga decks, calm sit-outs, and shaded green buffers

• A celebration-ready event lawn supported by flexible open space planning and peripheral planting

• A family-friendly recreation layer including kids play zones and informal gathering pockets

• A clean, contemporary hardscape language that supports movement, durability, and visual order

Outdoor Experience & Key Spaces

Arrival + Entry Statement

A signature entrance wall composition with integrated planting creates a memorable first impression—reinforcing brand identity and setting a premium tone.

Community Event Lawn + Outdoor Gathering

A large, open lawn becomes the primary celebration ground—planned for seating layouts, tents, and community functions, supported by edge planting and clear circulation.

Poolside Leisure Deck

A resort-like pool setting is enhanced with tropical planting, deck spill-out space, and relaxed seating zones—creating a club-style outdoor experience.

Wellness Zones (Yoga / Deck Spaces)

Dedicated wellness pockets are positioned to capture views and calmness—using elevated decks, transparent edge detailing, and soft landscape framing.

Activity + Fitness Garden Walk

Fitness zones and walking corridors are embedded within green buffers—providing shade, comfort, and a park-like everyday routine.

Kids Play Landscape

A playful, colorful recreation area is integrated into the green network—kept open and visible, yet softened with planting for comfort and safety.
