Aura Vista

Aura Vista

Project Overview

Aura Vista is a premium gated plotted community envisioned in the Jigani–Anekal belt (Bengaluru South)—planned as a lifestyle-forward layout that balances everyday convenience with a calm, green residential environment. The development is positioned for strong connectivity to key growth corridors while offering a secure, well-structured community experience for end users and long-term investors.

Landscape Design Intent

Our landscape approach focuses on creating a connected, walkable open-space framework—where tree-lined streets, parks, and amenity greens work together as one continuous experience. The intent is to make the layout feel cohesive and premium from entry to inner courts, with outdoor spaces that support daily use, comfort, and community interaction.

Theme: Aura Vista is envisioned as a Bali-themed plotted community—bringing a resort-inspired tropical landscape character into everyday living.

Key intentions include:

  • A clear open-space hierarchy with primary greens, pocket parks, and shaded pause points

  • Pedestrian-friendly connectivity linking parks, play areas, and the clubhouse interface

  • Microclimate comfort through shade planning, tree buffers, and scaled outdoor rooms

  • Landscape-led privacy and character for plotted living through green edges and internal planting structure

  • Outdoor spaces designed to feel functional, not leftover—usable courts, seating areas, and daily greens

Outdoor Lifestyle & Amenities

The landscape is designed to support a complete plotted-community lifestyle, with everyday greens and activity pockets distributed across the layout.

Outdoor amenity zones include:

  • Wellness & movement: walking/jogging tracks, cycle-friendly internal movement, yoga-friendly greens

  • Parks & play: landscaped parks and children’s play areas

  • Community comfort: senior citizen seating pockets and shaded social nodes

  • Clubhouse-led living: a planned clubhouse and lifestyle amenity ecosystem supporting community interaction

Design Approach

The landscape language balances clarity and character—using a consistent palette of greens, pathways, and outdoor rooms to create a premium identity without visual clutter. Movement is structured around intuitive wayfinding, with shaded rest points and usable landscape zones that residents can occupy daily. The overall approach prioritizes long-term usability, comfort, and maintenance practicality.
