KNS Aura

KNS Aura

Project Overview

KNS Aura is a gated residential community envisioned as a serene, contemporary address—where landscape defines the first impression and shapes everyday living. The project is planned as a balanced environment of greens, amenity pockets, and walkable connections that support wellness, leisure, and community interaction while maintaining privacy and calm for residents.

Landscape Design Intent

Our landscape approach focuses on creating a connected, experience-led open-space framework—a sequence of shaded movement corridors, social greens, and quiet retreats that make the community feel cohesive and premium from entry to interior parks.

Key intentions include:

  • A clear open-space hierarchy with primary greens, pocket parks, and shaded pause points

  • A walkable community spine connecting entry, amenities, and daily-use landscapes with intuitive wayfinding

  • Microclimate comfort through shade planning, tree buffers, and scaled outdoor rooms

  • Usable, everyday greens designed to feel functional—not leftover

  • Landscape-led edges that enhance privacy, soften boundaries, and strengthen the overall identity

Outdoor Lifestyle & Amenities

The landscape is designed to support a well-rounded lifestyle—blending wellness, recreation, kids’ play, and social gathering spaces into a legible network of outdoor rooms.

Outdoor amenity zones include:

  • Wellness & movement: walking/jogging loop intent, yoga-friendly greens, shaded seating courts

  • Community greens: social lawns and multipurpose gathering pockets

  • Kids & family: play areas integrated with visible, safe greens

  • Recreation: flexible activity zones / courts planned within the open-space network (as per stage)

  • Arrival & streetscape: tree-lined avenues and landscaped entry sequences that set the tone for the community

Design Approach

The landscape language balances clarity and character—using a composed palette of planting, pathways, and outdoor rooms to create identity without visual clutter. The planning emphasises everyday usability: strong pedestrian links, comfortable shaded pauses, and zones that support routine use as well as occasional events. Materials, planting intent, and furniture zones are structured for long-term comfort and maintenance practicality.
