KNS Sampada is a premium residential community planned off Mysore Road, Bengaluru, imagined as a calm, green neighborhood that balances everyday usability with a distinct identity. The landscape is conceived as the primary experience layer—guiding arrival, connecting amenities, and shaping a sense of place through a cohesive outdoor framework.
Theme: KNS Sampada is envisioned with a musical theme—where landscape elements, movement routes, and social spaces are composed like a rhythm of pauses and highlights across the community.
Our landscape approach focuses on creating a music-inspired, experience-led open-space system—a sequence of greens, courts, and pathways that feel composed and intuitive, like a well-structured track: clear movement, moments of pause, and lively community nodes.
Key intentions include:
A strong theme translation using form, pattern, and sequence—expressed subtly through paving rhythms, garden geometry, and focal moments
A clear open-space hierarchy that balances active recreation with quiet pockets
A walkable community spine connecting entry, amenities, and parks with safe pedestrian movement and easy wayfinding
Microclimate comfort through shade planning, tree buffers, and scaled outdoor rooms for year-round use
Outdoor spaces that feel functional, not leftover—designed for daily routines and community life
The landscape is designed to support a complete community lifestyle—blending wellness, play, recreation, and social gathering zones.
Outdoor amenity zones include:
Wellness & movement: walking/jogging loop, yoga-friendly greens, shaded seating pauses
Community greens: social lawns and event-ready open spaces for gatherings
Kids & family: play pockets integrated with visible, safe greens
Recreation zones: activity courts / multi-use pockets planned as part of the open-space network
Theme moments: musical-inspired feature nodes—focal gardens, patterned plazas, and identity markers (as per design stage)
The landscape language balances clarity and character—using a composed palette of greens, pathways, and outdoor rooms to deliver a premium neighborhood feel without visual clutter. The musical theme is expressed through repetition, rhythm, and contrast—creating a legible sequence of spaces from entry to inner greens. Materials, planting intent, and furniture zones are planned to strengthen identity, comfort, and long-term maintainability.
