Leafy Delight is a contemporary residential community landscape envisioned as an everyday-green retreat—where fitness, play, leisure, and calm sit-outs are woven into a single, cohesive outdoor experience. The design focuses on creating active amenity pockets and shaded social corners while maintaining a strong green edge and a neat, walkable circulation spine across the site.
Theme: Urban Green Leisure — a modern residential landscape atmosphere shaped through structured lawns, active recreation zones, warm material accents, and layered planting that keeps the community vibrant, comfortable, and lush throughout the year.
The landscape is planned to support daily routines and weekend recreation—balancing open-use lawns with defined amenity zones and comfortable seating pockets.

A clear amenity zoning strategy that separates active and quiet uses while staying connected
A strong green buffer edge that softens boundaries and enhances privacy
