Project Overview

Saibya Sapling is an exclusive estate-plot community envisioned along the Nandi Hills–Doddaballapur corridor, designed as a nature-forward address for private second homes and long-term lifestyle living. Set within a 14.33-acre gated development with 54 plots, the masterplan is shaped to feel immersive and spacious—where landscape defines the character of the community and the experience of arrival, movement, and pause.


Landscape Design Intent

Our landscape approach focuses on creating a resort-like outdoor living framework—a sequence of shaded drives, landscaped commons, wellness pockets, and amenity greens that make the plotted development feel cohesive, premium, and walkable.

Key intentions include:

  • A strong green identity that makes the project feel nature-led from arrival to interior pockets

  • A clear open-space hierarchy—community greens, active zones, and quiet retreats

  • Walkable connectivity between clubhouse, activity zones, and everyday landscape experiences

  • Microclimate comfort through shade planning, tree buffers, and scaled outdoor rooms

  • Landscaped edges and internal greens that enhance privacy and elevate plot living


Outdoor Lifestyle & Amenities

The landscape is planned to support a complete lifestyle ecosystem—combining wellness, sport, leisure, and social spaces around a premium clubhouse experience.

Outdoor amenity zones include:

  • Wellness & movement: yoga/meditation spaces, jogging loop, outdoor fitness pockets

  • Sports & recreation: tennis court, volleyball court, indoor recreation interfaces

  • Community & leisure: landscaped greens, social lawns, event-ready outdoor spaces

  • Kids & family: children’s play areas integrated with safe, visible greens

  • Clubhouse spill-outs: pool-side leisure zones and relaxation pockets supporting all-day use


Design Approach

The landscape language balances function and finesse—using a composed palette of greens, pathways, and outdoor rooms to deliver a premium estate feel without visual clutter. The planning emphasises clarity: strong pedestrian links, intuitive zoning, and usable outdoor spaces that residents will occupy daily. Planting intent and material direction are developed to support long-term comfort, identity, and maintenance practicality.
