Shantika is a Bali-themed villa plot community envisioned in Malur (off Hoskote Road), East Bengaluru—planned as a nature-led, resort-inspired address where landscape shapes the identity of everyday living. Spread across a large gated layout, the project is conceived around open-to-sky experiences, tree-lined avenues, water-led calm, and a strong community core anchored by a clubhouse and outdoor lifestyle amenities.
Our landscape approach focuses on creating a tropical, immersive community framework—where arrival sequences, internal streets, activity zones, and quiet retreats are unified by a Bali-inspired language of greenery and water.
Key intentions include:
A strong tropical landscape identity that is felt from the entry experience through to internal commons
An open-space hierarchy that balances community greens, active recreation, and quiet wellness pockets
Seamless indoor–outdoor living around clubhouse spill-outs and everyday outdoor zones
A calming water-and-garden narrative through water features, courtyards, and shaded pauses
Microclimate comfort using shade planning, tree buffers, and scaled outdoor rooms to support year-round usability
The landscape is planned to support a complete plotted-community lifestyle—blending wellness, sport, leisure, and family-friendly open spaces.
Outdoor amenity zones include:
Wellness & movement: yoga/meditation pockets, walking/jogging trails, outdoor fitness zones
Sports & recreation: courts and active play areas planned as part of the community spine
Community & leisure: social lawns, gathering greens, event-ready outdoor spaces
Kids & family: dedicated children’s play areas integrated with visible, safe greens
Clubhouse spill-outs: pool-side leisure, seating courts, and relaxed landscape edges that extend indoor activities outdoors
The landscape language balances experience and function—using a clear sequence of spaces (arrival → active core → quiet retreats) to deliver a premium plotted-development feel without visual clutter. Materials, planting intent, and outdoor furniture zones are structured to enhance identity, comfort, and long-term maintainability—while reinforcing the project’s Bali-inspired mood through texture, shade, and water-led calm.
