SBR One Residences

SBR One Residence

Project Overview

SBR One Residence is a large residential community in Whitefield envisioned as a contemporary lifestyle destination—where landscape becomes the primary connector between homes, amenities, and everyday routines. The open spaces are planned to support calm daily movement, community interaction, and a layered experience of nature within a high-density development.

Landscape Design Intent

Our landscape approach focuses on creating a walkable, green community framework—a sequence of shaded promenades, social lawns, wellness zones, and play spaces that shape how residents experience the project daily.

Key intentions include:

  • A coherent open-space structure that integrates recreation, wellness, and passive relaxation

  • Amenity-led landscape zoning with active and quiet pockets for all age groups

  • Daily-use greens that feel functional, not leftover—party lawn, seating courts, gardens, and play areas

  • A community spine connecting clubhouse/amenities with safe pedestrian movement and intuitive wayfinding

  • Microclimate comfort through shaded edges, tree buffers, and scaled outdoor rooms (as per design stage)

Outdoor Lifestyle & Amenities

The landscape is designed to support a robust mix of wellness, sports, kids’ activities, and community events—anchoring the development’s lifestyle narrative.

Outdoor amenity zones include:

  • Wellness & movement: jogging/walking track, yoga deck, pool deck zones

  • Sports: multi-court, badminton court areas, cricket practice net, skating ring

  • Community spaces: amphitheatre, party lawn, social gathering greens

  • Kids & family: kids play areas and activity pockets

  • Garden experiences: multiple gardens and landscaped pauses across the site

Design Approach

The landscape language balances function and character—using a hierarchy of green spaces (primary community greens, secondary courts, intimate pocket gardens) to deliver variety without visual clutter. Materials, plantation intent, and furniture zones are planned to strengthen identity, comfort, and long-term usability.
