Soundarya Clubhouse – Nelamangala

Soundarya Clubhouse – Nelamangala

Project Overview
Soundarya Clubhouse – Nelamangala is a leisure-focused clubhouse landscape planned around a large central swimming pool—designed to feel open, resort-like, and community friendly. The outdoor layout balances active recreation with calm seating pockets, using structured paving courts, shaded green buffers, and clean circulation to support daily use as well as gatherings.

Theme Statement
Theme: Contemporary Resort Landscape — an open, refreshed clubhouse atmosphere created through a strong pool anchor, wide deck zones, structured paving, and layered greens that soften the built edges.

Landscape Design Intent
The intent is to create a clear, functional outdoor environment that feels premium yet easy to maintain. The pool becomes the heart of the experience, while planting and paving define movement, comfort, privacy, and usable activity zones.

Key intentions include:

  • A pool-led planning concept where the swimming area becomes the primary visual and activity anchor

  • A wide deck zone for movement, lounging, and event flexibility

  • A structured paved court that supports spill-out use and community functions

  • Continuous green buffers along boundaries to soften edges and build privacy

  • Clean, minimal detailing that keeps the landscape modern and clutter-free

Outdoor Experience & Key Spaces

Central Pool Zone + Deck Experience
The main pool area is designed as the core leisure space, supported by a broad deck that allows free circulation and flexible sit-out arrangements. It forms a clear social heart for residents and visitors.

Paved Court / Activity Spill-out
A large structured paving court is planned as a multi-use outdoor surface—supporting movement, informal gathering, and light activity. This court visually organizes the open space and keeps the layout readable.

Green Edge Buffers + Privacy Planting
The perimeter landscape is treated with layered planting to soften boundaries, reduce hard-edge visibility, and enhance comfort around the pool and open areas. Trees and shrubs build shade and enclosure over time.

Arrival & Framing Greens
The entry-side landscape bands and planting strips help frame the clubhouse frontage, creating a more welcoming arrival experience while guiding movement into the main leisure zone.

Materials & Hardscape Language

  • Structured outdoor paving with clean grid alignment for clarity and maintenance ease

  • Pool deck finish with clear edge definition and safe movement zones

  • Planter edging and coping details to keep boundaries neat and premium

  • Minimal hardscape palette to maintain a modern clubhouse character

Planting Character
The planting palette is planned to look lush yet controlled—supporting a resort-like feel without becoming heavy or overgrown.

Planting direction includes:

  • Shade trees for comfort and long-term canopy value

  • Dense shrubs for boundary softening and privacy definition

  • Accent foliage layers for texture and visual depth

  • Groundcovers for clean edges and low-maintenance continuity
